T. Rowe Price is currently seeking qualified individuals to fill Co-op positions for Summer/Fall ‘09. Last semester Penn State sent 5 Co-op students to T. Rowe Price and 2 of them (seniors) were offered full-time positions. These Co-op positions allow students to get very involved in complex and valuable projects. Housing is provided by T. Rowe Price and is less than 1 mile from the office. The apartments are fully furnished and extremely nice. The three positions that are being offered this summer are listed below. Intranet Communication and Retail Analyst:
The Information Technology Analyst co-op student performs routine duties and interacts with other internal resources under general supervision as it relates to Retail Sales and Service initiatives. They will be involved in a variety of complex tasks on a various projects. They will be working closely and assisting other senior members of the project team.
Retail Website Redesign Analyst:
The Information Technology Analyst co-op student performs specific technical duties and interacts with other internal resources under general supervision as it relates to Retail Sales and Service initiatives. One of the main initiatives that the co-op student will take part in is working as a team to redesign the troweprice.com website. They will be involved in relatively complex tasks on a variety of projects. They will be working closely and assisting other senior members of the project team.
Institutional CRM Business Analyst:
The Information Technology Associate co-op student conducts business requirements analysis and interacts with Business users and other internal IT resources such as Business analysts and developers under the general supervision of a Project Manager as it relates to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application for T. Rowe Price’s US and Global Institutional business. The application will be used by approx. 500 of T. Rowe Price’s associates in performing Sales, Marketing and Servicing operations within and outside of United States to manage customer relationships. They will be involved in small to medium complex tasks on a large scale CRM implementation project using Microsoft and IBM based internet technologies. They will be working closely and assisting other senior members of the project team.
